You may return all products, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you are unhappy with your product you may return most products within 14 days for a full refund, we want you to be happy with your purchase so please don't hesitate to contact us. The only products exempt from this are items built to order or custom items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Custom Made Items
This includes Items that are custom built or custom tailored, and specifically finished to your taste or vehicle. They are precise fit items such as wheels or brake kits, meaning they are not universal and will ONLY fit your vehicle. These items are not kept in stock as inventory and are specifically machined for you, when the order is placed. With this being said once and order is placed, it is non-cancelable. An Order will be deemed to have been placed upon cleared funds being received and any associated communication either written or verbal. Your payment is non-refundable, and you are entering into an agreement with our company. You will have 7 days from payment to make any revisions (excluding Cancellation). If we do not receive any written communication reflecting changes within 7 days, we assume that the order is correct. It will then go into production as-is. Once production begins, changes may be granted at our discretion or the manufacturers. If no communication is received within 7 days, you are in essence confirming that you will fulfil your obligation to purchase these item as specified. Under no circumstances can an order be returned. However should an order have a problem, we will use the manufacturers warranty policy explaining details on how the problem will be addressed. We do not guarantee delivery time. As stated, these are custom built items and can take long periods of time to produce depending on the circumstances. We give you an estimated time of delivery based on information supplied by the manufacturer, however we cannot guarantee it.
Paint Protection Film and Vehicle Wrapping
All staff have undergone full training in the application and removal of both Wrapping films and Paint protection films. We use only the best quality materials from leading suppliers. We will offer the manufacturers warranty with regard to the films in use. Rebellion cannot be held responsible for any defects or failure of warranty conditions laid out by the manufacturer of the film products.
Both Application and Removal of vehicle wrap and paint protection film will be carried out under professional conditions and in accordance with manufacturer standards and instructions. However this does not exclude the vehicle owner accepting responsibility will not lie with Rebellion Automotive for any damage caused by the removal of said films. Under normal circumstances there is very little chance of any damage, however unforeseen problems including but not limited to, poor paint quality, previous repair/respray, new paint and surface damage before application can lead to damage during removal of the vehicle wrap or paint protection film.
This includes ECU tuning/remaps and products designed to replace OEM items. Rebellion Automotive offers no guarantee that any modification to your car will not invalidate your warranty or insurance. It is the clients responsibility to inform the appropriate parties to any vehicle changes. By the very nature of increasing your vehicles performance it may under circumstances cause issue or damage to other components. We will always try to inform the client if we feel issue is likely to occur. We however cannot be held responsible for failure in any circumstance. If the issue is caused by a defective item or part supplied by us we will refer to the manufacturers policy.
All items will carry with them the appropriate manufacturer warranty policy. Owing to the nature of performance products and the complexity of warranty conditions for them we offer no additional conditions outside of the manufacturer's policy. We will however ensure that every assistance is given to the Client in resolving any claims.
